- Take orders, schedule dispatch, billing, sales co-ordination, payment collection
- Sub Roles : Consumer Durables
- Accept customer orders, and arrange for dispatch.
- Follow up with customers for existing and new order.
- Responding to incoming phone inquiries and email in connection to sales.
- Arrange transport for dispatch as per schedule.
