- MRCC is looking for inside sales executives who have a domain understanding and skills of reaching out to key decision makers over the phone within all industries and geographies and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Is willing to go the extra mile to achieve team and self-deliverables.
- Displays very high degree of quality consciousness towards the appointments set.
- Should be able to work on all requirements for appointment setting.
- Should be willing to share best practices with team members and have the will to learn on an ongoing basis.
- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time.
- Should be able to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of Product.
