not builder sales/sole sellingBe very well versed with Calling activities. Lead Processing and qualifying lead for a site visit. Handling Leads, Calling the leads, asking their requirements and keeping constant touch with the client till the closing of the deal. Convert potential customer into Site visit. Setting up Appointments for Site Visits. Creating a property bank from research and tie-ups. Suggesting Properties as per requirements. Selling of residential and commercial properties at the prime locations of the city. Providing basic information to the customers of the properties/ upcoming projects. Proper coordination Creating an Inter-Personal relationship with leads that are converted to Clients Provide basic information to clients through calls, emails and SMS. Send daily lead reports to the head. Provide insights and consumer mapping. Be Independent and Self-motivated towards goals set. Willing to work on a Medium High Salary and HEAVY Incentives.
