Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Back Office Operation/ Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of back office operations efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things of Sales Coordination, operations and technology.
- You will be well versed in the concepts surrounding back office operations & Sales Coordination and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
- Proven experience as Back Office Operation/ Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Coordinator.
- Excellent understanding of Back Office Operation/ Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Coordinator concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP/Tally.
- Knowledge of preparing Quotations.
- Making a significantly high number of daily outbound calls.
- Knowledge of Backend support to Sales Persons.
- Working knowledge or skill of Sales Coordination.
- Perfect knowledge of CRM & MIS Reporting.
- Skills and experience of Smartly Payment Follow up.
- Developed and sustained relationships with potential and existing clients by providing accurate administrative support for their inquiry and orders.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders, quotations.
- Generating leads, Converting leads to orders and handle pre & post activities related to sales.
- Preparing Week-end Sales reports for senior Managers.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
