Key Skills:
Good communications and convincing power, experience in TeleSales, Online Sales, Web Sales, Concept Selling is preferable.
Eligibility Criteria:
· 0-5 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Online/Telesales.
· Work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and sales programs.
· Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
· Should be focused on renewals and client servicing.
· Has a good understanding of the Online Industry.
· Generating New Customers and getting renewals from the existing clients in the domestic market.
· Proficiency in oral and written business communication is a must.
· Interaction with prospective & assigned customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibility Area:
· Interact with clients through emails, telephone, and in-person meetings as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
· A liaison between external customers and internal departments for their organization.
· Ensure company-wise consistency in client service and sales procedures.
· Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
· Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.
· Perform situation analysis to make informed decisions that benefit their client and company as well as work with other executives to reach all organization objectives.
· Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
