Job Description
1. Act as the first interface of Brick&Bolt, work on customer analysis, move service requests, and move them forward in the conversion pipeline
2. Consistently outperform sales and revenue goals
3. Manage service requests and make sure that customers are engaged through the life cycle of the service request
4. Come up with smart & efficient processes for an amazing customer experience
5. Track each service request and make sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time
6. Work with the product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience
7. Own service requests and work on them (end-to-end) to convert them to the projects

3. are available for duration of 2 months
