About Thomas & Brian Manufacturing Private Limited
Thomas & Brian Manufacturing Private Limited is a manufacturer of instrumentation valves & fittings for the past 3 decades. Our product range includes all types of instrumentation valves like instrument valve manifolds, needle valves, ball valves, pipe, and tube fittings, double block & bleed valves, mono flange valves, etc. Our organization's strength is 70 people including both blue and white-collar staff. We have close to 30 CNC turning and milling machines and other conventional machines. We also have an in-house forge shop.
About the internship
All the below-listed jobs will be provided in a checklist form that has to be followed based on which performance will be evaluated. If you prove yourself, a long-term opportunity will be provided. A detailed checklist will be provided once the candidate is hired.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Activities on the database/leads from pre-sales given by the company:
1. Get the list of contacts from the pre sales team
2. Contact leads shared by the pre sales team and from the database
3. Make a plan of the number of calls to be made per day and subsequent week
4. Update all conversations on the CRM
5. Create a sales funnel for all contacted prospects
6. Understand and document all requirements from the prospects
7. Discuss the requirements with the management and design team
8. Set closure/second meetings with consultants and the top management
9. Prepare quotes, negotiate, and aim for closures
Activities on social media platforms:
1. Update the LinkedIn profile professionally
2. Conduct a daily search on LinkedIn for relevant topics
3. Join groups and communities relevant to the industry
4. Connect with prominent people in the industry
5. Share the data with the pre sales team after getting connected
