TITLE Requirement for Inside Sales ROW Exp 3 to 8 Years LOCATION Pune Duties & Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Key Account Management Executive to maintain the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company Resolving key client issues and complaints By being in every meeting and calls with customer Developing a complete understanding of key account needs Should be technically sound in terms of understanding discussion and requirements from the customer and technical teams Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Managing communications between key clients and reporting manager Strategic planning to improve client results Working with technical teams, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of deliveries are being provided and all client needs to be met Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Meeting the sales target defined for the respective account
