Inside Sales Manager

Experience : 2-5 years

You should have :

2-5 years of experience working in Inside Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication for effective cold calling, negotiating and in-person meetings.
Creative problem-solving skills and thrive when presented with a challenge
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to manage pressure and deadlines

Your job responsibilities :

Acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, products, and competition
Identify decision makers and make customer profiles
Cold call potential customers and build customer pipeline
Identify new avenues for business growth, generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
Follow up on sales inquiries and send out information
Establish customer requirements and pain points, and match our product benefits with user needs
Arrange meetings with clients and conduct product demonstrations
Communicate with customers about solution outcome
Manage client’s payment cycles
Maintain successful relationships with existing customers
Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Carry out any other tasks as assigned by team manager

You should also :

Be fluent in English/Hindi/Marathi
Generate daily leads from enterprise customers, through database calling and other references
Ability to understand technology products ie: Cloud, AI, software solutions, Telecom solutions
Close deals over phone calls
