job description
- An outbound Sales Rep is expected to find and prospect targeted leads based around specific companies that we have been identified as an ideal customer profile.
- From there, the rep runs outreach campaigns combining phone calls, emails, and social touches, in order to qualify and schedule consultations on a Inside Sale's calendar.
- Outbound SDRs are measured by a number of sales qualified appointments they set each month, with the options to move up the ladder based on their performance.
- All Outbound SDR's have a monthly goal to achieve and with that have a suggested amount of calls and emails to make daily to ensure they're meeting their targeted goal.
- Our outbound reps use a mix of tech, research, process and strategy to reach out to their leads through various outlets, holding themselves accountable in their daily process.
- We are looking for young blood (freshers willing to work in US timings more than welcome)
- Experienced doing it for almost 1-2 years
