Summary

•  The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process. 
• The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone and email. 
• This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on the interactions with prospects.

Job Duties

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to field sales team members
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to field sales team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
• Set up sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions
• Maintaining database (HubSpot CRM) of prospective client information.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate with 0-1 years of experience.
• Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi Languages.
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
