Responsibilities and Duties
- Make Inbound & Outbound calls to:
- Generate e-commerce orders from dealers and dealer Subscription sales
- Identify customer product requirements & issues
- Promote products & service
- Customer follow up to complete the sale
- Maintain call records in the CRM database
- Provide work activities reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture
- Communication
- Negotiation
- Customer convincing
- Rapport building
- Time management
- Basic computer skill
- Good in spoken Marathi
