Job Description
As Inside sales personnel, you’ll be responsible for locking candidates for Training Programmes and other service lines of the company.
Core responsibilities include: Tele-calling, Understanding customer’s requirement, Customer acquisition.
- Making outbound calls to the target audience on leads provided by the company.
- Approaching new customers and explaining them the benefits of the programmes.
- Evaluating their requirements and providing them solutions as needed.
- Locking candidates for the programme.
- Maintaining a regular database of the candidates.
