Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Attend to inbound and outbound customer calls and converts them into sales.
2. Do regular followups using emails, calls, and sms. Will go thru rigorous training about the product.
3. Cold call old leads, educate them on the services we provide.
4. Update all the leads information on the CRM. Meet Daily, Weekly, and monthly targets.5. Demonstrate eagerness to learn New tools and grow their career
6. Ready to work in UK/US/India shift.
Desired Skills:
1. 0-2 years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent english communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet target.2. Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly),preferably from Education industry background.3. Experience in selling SAAS (Software products/Services) in the past preferred.4. Successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
5. Must be open to learning New techniques, tools, and strategies related to Sales.6. Minimum 70% in Degree
