Senior Scientist /HTS Technology Associate recruitment in Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine(inStem)
Senior Scientist –Molecular Biologist/Assay Development
Qualification : PhD in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry or other relevant fields 2-4 yrs of postdoctoral/industry experience in biochemical assay development including assay validation, basic molecular biology techniques like cloning, protein expression and purification, site-directed mutagenesis and stable cell line generation would be desirable. Self-motivated candidates should have managed junior scientists with the capability to design, develop and troubleshoot experiments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be detail oriented, well organized with ability to analyze and communicate data effectively. Excellent teamwork required and to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, meeting timelines. Good understanding of cell signaling pathways, disease biology having therapeutic implications would be required
HTS Technology Associate
Qualification : Master's degree in discipline of life sciences with 1-3 years of work experience. Substantial experience in high throughput screening through enzyme/cell-based assays using small molecule libraries is essential
