Institute of Life Sciences Bhubaneswar (ILS) invites application for the position Technical Assistant

Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the following positions.

1. Name of position: Technical Assistant (01 position)

2. Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- + @16% HRA

3. Job Profile:

a. Managing Lab orders (Preparing indents, follow up with the vendors, obtaining quotes)

b. General Laboratory works and lab organization

c. Preparing and autoclaving buffers/reagents for the lab common use.

d. Basic molecular biology and protein chemistry work

e. Routine technical support to PhD students.

4. Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in any branch of Life Science.

Candidates having laboratory/field experience will be preferred". This project involves field work / sample collection from different places also.
