Instructional Designer
Experience : 2+ years
Job Location: Pune, India
The key aspects of this role:
- Understand scope through client inputs, client calls for multiple E-Learning and video projects / POCs
- Conceptualize and develop storyboard that follows Instructional Design standards, innovation, and unique approaches
- Work collaboratively with respective Subject Matter Expert (SME), stakeholders, Graphic Designer and Multimedia Programmers to provide solutions
- Participate in review cycles of storyboards and final course at various stages
- Keep abreast of developments in related tools and trends (MOOC, Adaptive Learning )
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- To be the right fit you’ll need:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in storyboarding for E-Learning courseware and videos
- Hands on experience on following skills:
- Understand the project requirement
- Analyze client inputs, and training needs of the target audience
- Creation of HLDD, storyboard and voice over script
- Tools – MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT), Adobe Captivate, and Articulate storyline (Rapid Development tools)
- Participate in review cycles of storyboard and final course at various stages
Good understanding of:
- Instructional Design standards and Courseware Development principles
- SCORM 1.2/2004 standards and LMS workflow
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) to holistically comprehend learners’ interactions and responses to content when transmitted over a range of devices (desktops, mobiles and tablets)
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
