Job Description
We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer (ID) to design and develop engaging learning
content. Navitus develops content for corporate learning requirements and K-12 learning. The ID will
work with SME, graphic designers, content developers and other external stakeholders to visualize
and deliver interactive eLearning content.
Responsibilities -
Work with clients and subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.
Preparation of concept notes and storyboards for each requirement.
Explain the concept notes / storyboards to customers and content developers.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
Maintain project documentation.
