Position – Fresher Instrumentation Engineering

Educational Qualification:       

Ø  B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.

Ø  Diploma (Preferred)

Job description

ü  To be able to plan the activities / Deliverables as per the Project / Client requirement

ü  To be able to plan the resources as per the Deliverables / Schedule

ü  To be able to read and Understand P& IDs / PFDs thoroughly

ü  TO be able to Co-ordinate with other Disciplines & Project management team

ü  Should be familiar with following Detail Engineering Deliverables:

ü  Instrument Index

ü  Instrument specifications

ü  I/O list

ü  JB Schedule

ü  Cable Schedule

ü  Interconnection Wiring Schedules

ü  Control Loop Diagrams

ü  Hook-up Drawings

ü  Equipment Location Drawings for Field Instrumentation

ü  Field Junction Box Lay-Out Drawings

ü  Power Distribution Field Box Lay-Out Drawings

ü  Embedded plate and channel base drawings for I&C equipment

ü  Installation Material Lists for Field Instrumentation

ü  Cable lists with cable routing information

ü  Cable tray drawings, with supporting structures included etc

ü  Should have thorough knowledge of below Codes and Standards:

Assembler Job Duties:

ü  Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

ü  Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

ü  Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

ü  Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.

ü  Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

ü  Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

ü  Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

ü  Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

ü  Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

ü  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000.00 /month
