Job Role
- Making Calls to customers to understand their needs and offer products accordingly to them.
- Explain The Customers - Based On Product Offers / Benefits.
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
- Promoting the Products
- Customer Follow-Up, Follow up on lead generated for Sales Closures.
- Working with the prospect database to develop client prospects.
- Feedback - Mails/Phones (Communication Channel).
- Contacting customers or prospects to sell products or services.
- Focusing on building long term relationships with customers through quality and honest selling.
- Target and Sales orientation.
- Complete call logs, make call reports.
