Position Sr APM
JOB SUMMARY
- Revenue targets of the unit
- Productivity of the General Office
- Recruit, coach and develop ADM ( Agency Development Managers )
- Adherence to Customer service standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet unit targets
- Achieve revenue targets
- Ensure implementation of GOLD system for all agents
- Supervise the activity plan of ADM & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards
- Ensure that all ADM and Agents under supervision perform as per the company’s rules and regulations
Measures of Success:
- Quality Recruitment
- Adj. FYP
- YTD Proactive Agent
- YTD Active Agent Man-Month
- Collections

- Internal – Sales Team
- External – HR / Operations / L & D

- Graduate / MBA. Around 6 – 7 years experience in sales and 2 – 3 years of Man Management Experience
