We Offer Divisional/Departmental Overview Transfer Pricing Team is responsible for performing complex calculations, accounting for the team and preparing and publishing MIs around the TP numbers, for entities spread across all regions. Main duties/responsibilities of the role Responsible for Transfer Pricing, including preparing the calculations as well as the accounting Investigating Global P&L breaks in Transfer Pricing accounts Preparing and posting of Transfer Pricing MIS reversals Coordinating with Tax Transfer Pricing Team globally and settlement teams for all the regions above and getting the invoices settled Acting as backup for the team's tasks in the absence of other members Monitoring of intercompany breaks and resolution thereof on a timely basis Tracking of open items and appropriate reporting in a timely manner Ensuring timely and quality signoff of accounting balances monthly Ensuring quality commentary of breaks reported Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve processes Ensure that SOPs (standard operating procedures) are developed and kept up to date for all processes. Perform analytical review of the process on a monthly basis and preparation of governance packs and MIS report. Education and Professional Qualifications Total Experience of 4-6 year of which 5 years experience in financial accounting in a banking environment, preferably within Investment banking background. Alternatively, degree as business analyst with 4 to 6 years experience out of which 4 years of above-mentioned experience. Management accounting. Financial Services Background preferable. Previous Transfer Pricing experience Outstanding Accounting Background & Analytical Skills Partner Management. Technical / soft skills Outstanding client focus attitude. Demonstrate good MS Office skills (practical Excel knowledge) Knowledge of Financial Systems (PSFT, Essbase) preferable.
