Job Description
- Candidate should possess a degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed institute.
- The Desired candidate should be a local resident or should be willing to relocate to Gurgaon, Sector – 17, or Mumbai, or Bangalore or Kolkatta or Guwahati.
- Should be an expert in AutoCAD 2D, MS Office & other related software for day to day work.
- Should be able to do site assessment & take site measurements.
- The candidate should have experience in Interior Designing - Retail for 2 to 8 years of experience with any retail designing organisation.
- Travelling shall be integral part of the retail designer job. The candidate shall be ready to travel to client site on PAN India Basis.
- Should have considerable knowledge of the practices and principles of interior design in retail store / showroom.
- Knowledge of the preparation of proposals and specifications for interior design work in retail field, along with the knowledge of drafting procedures for making working drawings, good for construction is must
- Should have desired skill in designing interior layouts, alterations, renovations, and complete details in working drawings.
- Should be able to make BOQ / BOM.
- The male candidates would be preferred who is willing to travel across India & abroad for work.
- Should be able to handle pressure.
- The person should be of a stable nature and should not have switched too many jobs.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English / Hindi is must.
- The candidate should be able to interact with client on day to day basis.
- The candidate on Team Leader / Manager Position should have skills of team leader / manager & should be able to manage the team to get the desired work for client or brand.
