Job Description
- Handle studio walk ins and take customer through U&US Concept.
- Understand customer requirement & co-create designs with customers.
- Guide customers on material selection.
- Ensure timely closure of designing with customers as per sales process
- Create estimates & follow up with customers.
- Close orders and achieve desired sales targets.
- Ensure timely order booking, collections.
- Ensure studio upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
- Visit customer homes for inspection of site jobs.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with site supervisors & workshop.
- Create designs in 3D software and AutoCAD.
- Take completion certificate signoffs from customers. Manage Studio Operations
