Job Description:

• Undertaking design project from concept to completion
• Defining project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scope customer requirements and probe to understand engagement, intent, budget, possession/ move-in timelines
• Present and pitch to customers after thoroughly understanding customer requirements
• Be a consultant to clients, educating them and designing their Kitchen, Wardrobes, TV Units, Storage units, Crockery units, etc.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D renders for clients using KDMax, Google Sketchup and Autocad within the defined SLA
• Create on 3D renders and 2D drawings

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the interior designing space
• Interior Design qualification/ B.Arch from a reputed college
• Extensive experience in the modular space, the candidate should have worked on, designed and executed multiple projects in the modular space
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to individually manage multiple projects and handle client escalations arising from the project
• Practical knowledge of Autocad, Articad, Google Sketchup, V-ray, KD-Max, 3DS max - Be able to quickly churn out renders as per customer requirements and specifications
• Be able to educate customers on the advantages of choosing to sign up with the Company
