Job Description:
- Photoshop
- Auto CAD 3-D Software( 3Ds Max preferred ) Revit(optional )
- Should know BOQ
- Should have Client facing skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Produces 3D still renders/animations/panorama views on daily basis
- Develops Assets and Content Libraries at regular intervals
- Act as a custodian of all assigned production work
- Oversees improvement and development of production quality wherever needed
- Must be able to work under pressure
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Formal training/education in Animation and Design is mandatory 1-6 Years of experience in Production environment or Corporate Companies
- Possess Graduation degree. Be creative and artistic
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, Lighting, Texturing and Animation especially for architecturalenvironment. Knowledge of organic modeling is a big plus
- Adept in 3D softwares viz., 3DS Max, AutoCAD, Vray
- Should be expert in interpreting with 2D floor plans/ blueprints and sketches and develop plans using Chief Architect/AutoCAD or any other native tools.
- Should be flexible in working with Quality Analyst and take the critics/feedback positively for the betterment of product and services.
- Good sense of design
- Managed residential projects end to end
- Should have experience in design, detailing, preparing BOQs, managing onsite work, managing clients, and setting client expectations.
- Need to have worked on Auto CAD, Ms office
