She must be highly organized and willing to take complete ownership to create and support all Sales, Marketing and Promotional Events from operational, administrative and coordination of activities to help successfully meet Sales and Revenue Targets for a Training Firm like Trellis.
To help in developing a Sales and Marketing Campaign for Training Programs
Provide Support in managing Marketing Seminars
Ensure maximum conversion of Prospects and Participants attending the Marketing Seminar
Maintain List of Prospects / Participants and conduct Follow Up for Registration to Program
Provide Program Information to all Prospects and Participants of the Program
Manage a Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) Campaign for the Program
Manage Revenue / Collection of Training Fee from Participants
Other Adhoc Marketing Campaigns to be created during the Program

Required Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Computer and Internet savvy and the ability to use Software like Email/Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong Sales, Marketing & Counselling Skills to sell Professional Training Programs
Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact and conduct individuals of varying personalities and background
Excellent people skills with a good temperament and positive never-say-die attitude
Being creative, intuitive and thinking out-of-the-box is a big plus
Knowledge of Local Indian Languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil) would be a huge plus
