Job Description – Interior Designer

Job Location – Kanjurmarg (E), Mumbai

Qualification – B.Arch. / Interior Design Degree / Diploma

Total Salary – 1.8 lakh to 2.4 lakh per annum

Experience – 2+ years

Key Requirements:

·        3D & Rendering expert

·        AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office package

·        Freehand Sketching, Ability to think & design in 3D

·        Lighting knowledge & appreciation is a plus

·        Excellent communication & presentation skills

·        Presentable & quick learner

·        Time discipline & job dedication

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Acquiring key project information and discussing requirements in detail

·        Understanding project needs, developing design concepts, establishing final briefs

·        Conducting feasibility studies

·        Procuring products & samples for client presentation

·        Preparing detailed working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, 3D), models and schemes

·        Supervising work during design & construction stages

·        Working closely with manufacturers and contractors

·        Any other errands required to provide end-to-end services on a project (from start to completion)

·        Day to day office tasks
