PURPOSE:

• The Human Resources intern will support Human Resources team for different project not limited to  Recruitment ,R&D, Strategic Planning & Development, Comp & Benefits, Data base Management.
  

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Support in Hiring & Operational  activities for internal projects
  
•  Assist with the Professional Development initiatives
  
•  Assist in Research and Development
  
• Assist in Re-engineering  HR  project
  
• Perform analysis of various data and draw meaningful insights.
  
• Assist in Policy Development
  

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  
• Willingness to Learn
  
• Excellent in Research.
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  
• Proficiency in Google applications
  

•  Education                    :  MBA /MSW/PGDBM/ - HR Specialisation [Mandatory]
