- Strong communication and writing skills
- Handling Walkin guests & vendors
- Attend incoming and outgoing calls, receive, direct and reply to telephone messages
- Maintain Attendance Register and conveyance sheet
- coordinate with HR team to schedule interviews
- Maintain list of candidates and record status of interview
- Manage conference room for meetings
- Handle inward and outward couriers
- Monitor staff and visitors movements in and out of organization
- Maintain discipline and decorum at reception
- Welcome guests and greet them
