Job Description
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
- Will be a part of operations team/service desk
- Enter new Buyer/seller information into system
- Update information into system
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls for process completion
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
- Provide Buyers with service/bidding information
