Job Description

Qualified Chartered Accounts needed for carry out risk-based internal audit and process documentation related projects for a Big 4 firm on Third party payroll. Selected personnel will be working with staff from Big 4, reporting to managers from Big 4 and will be computer/ facilities like any other big 4 staff.
Selected person will not be on payroll of Big 4 firm but on payroll of third party (a firm consisting of ex-big 4 staff with over 10 years of IA experience)

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA final cleared - both groups)
Willing to extensively travel domestically and internationally at clients of big 4 firm
At least 1 year of Internal Audit experience (experience in SoX, ICFR, IFC) will also be considered).
Experience in Tier 2 firms will be preferred.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Hard working (job will involve long hours)
Creative thinker with no inhibitions in presenting own ideas and respect for seniors at the same time
Never say die attitude

Expected Designations:

Consultant : CA with up to 2-3 years post qualification experience in Internal audits and related work.
Assistant Manager: CA with 3-6 years post-qualification experience in Internal audits and related work

Expected Salary (varies based on knowledge, skill, and experience):

Consultant : 20k-40k in hand (increments to be given even post first 4 months performance)
Assistant Manager: 30k-60k in hand (increments to be given even post first 4 months performance)

The first-month salary to be kept on hold as per policy.
Personnel who can join immediately will be preferred
