This is a remote work opportunity. We need someone who is proficient with written and spoken English. And has great communication and persuasion skills.
The work is related to our marketplace website. Most of the work would be done from an office desk/home through a Mobile, a computer and a US phone. US Phone will be provided. Here are the key tasks that would need to be performed. Please note that these tasks will evolve and could be replaced with new tasks as deemed necessary.
Building Business’ Directory: calling Vendors - managing Vendor profiles on our website. This would involve calling and following up with US and Canadian vendors and sending them emails asking them to add their business listings on our website. You will be maintaining a calling log for calls made to Vendors. You will be doing this activity during US business hours.Vendor Data - Searching online and on Facebook or Instagram to find Vendor Data or incomplete profile information (like address, email, phone no. Etc) of vendors. Content Management: Images: Finding good and inspirational images of trending and in fashion things cakes, wedding decors, Indian clothing, jewellery from all over the internet and maintaining an excel file of the linksAdding Vendor Products: You will also be required to call vendors and get details of the service packages their offer and add those packages on Bliss and Luck. E.g. a Photographer charged $50 per hour for shootings pictures; a Mehendi artist charges $15 per hand etc. Sourcing Photo Albums: finding brides/users that have been tagged on good posts on Instagram; then contacting these brides/users via Instagram direct message to request for their Wedding/event pictures; following up with brides via Instagram DM or official email to receive picture files; Processing these files and uploading albums on our website. (Training will be provided)Writing blogs: Researching and finding online and print media content related to Indian social events like Birthdays, Weddings, Baby Showers, festival as well as ethnic fashion, celebrities etc. and writing blogs (1 blog of minimum 500 words and minimum 5 pictures per week) You will also be required to post/publish these on our website (training will be provided)Testing Website: You will be required to learn all the functionalities of our website. and also check the website for any errors or issues (training will be provided)General Administrative work:managing approvals on our website’s Admin Dashboard of the website.Calling Vendors or customers for specific work on an as-needed basisYou would need to have and maintain

Working days:
Monday to Saturday. You can take 2 days off per month (any days as per need)
Compensation:
INR 18,000 (basic)
+3,000 if all of the tasks are completed on a timely basis and no additional leaves are availed. If more leaves are availed, Pay will be deducted on a pro-rated basis
Notice Period:
2 weeks notice period from you to us
1 week notice period from us to you
Sincerely is very important. We’ll need you to be self-driven and motivated to work and maintain good work ethics. At the start of the day, you will need to give daily attendance. At the end of the day, you would also need to provide a daily status report of what all was done on the previous day and what is planned for the current day. Daily Status could be provided either on WhatsApp or email or phone.
