Job Description:
- Regarding order received and processing
- Following up with dispatch.
- Raising dispatch indent.
- Coordinating with the courier regarding dispatch.
- Raising challans.
- Coordinating with the clients & sales team regarding dispatch schedule etc
- Receiving complaints/feedback from clients and informing the concerned department/persons to take corrective action and following up on the same.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, work within stiff timelines
- Energetic, enthusiastic individuals
- Meeting /exceeding expectations on performance and behavior.
