Job Summary

Summary
The major purpose of the Call centre Agent is to handle inbound calls/chats for the existing potential customers. The Call centre agent is accountable for the delivery of high - quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values and purposes of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties
Skills, Attributes and essential functions:

• The call Centre agent must possess the following skills, attributes and essential functions:
• Energetic, strong work ethic and Excellent organisation skills,
• Strong customer service focus
• Self-motivated and goal oriented,
• Excellent written/oral communication skills with a genuine concern for the customer,
• Ability to work quickly to meet targets,
• Willingness/proactive to learn and improve in all aspects of the position,
• Strong desire in sales and successful negotiating skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
• Passion to work in a team environment
• Flexible in working Night shifts.
• Candidates should be flexible in working US shift
• Rotational week off on week days(Not on weekends)
• Salary Rs. 10,000 - 15,000/month + Daily and Monthly incentives

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:

• The Call centre agent must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
• Any Degree
• Computer literacy in MS Office( Word, Excel)
• Strong presentation skills
• Customer service and Sales experience( added advantage)
• Good Communication Skills
