International Customer support Executive (work from Home)|| Fluent English @Surat
Job description:
· The candidate should be able to understand, Articulate and respond in English. Hence we should look at candidates with excellent communication skills in English both in oral and written. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the customer queries. Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained. We can look at candidates from BPO or customer support background and interest to work on the night shift.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Maintains database by entering and verifying the data
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
