INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
Experience in customer service or help desk capacity International Voice or Non-Voice Process:. Customer Support or Technical Support work experience in BFSI(Only in International Process)....
JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI
EXPERIENCE:
1-4 Years Experience in International Voice or Non-Voice process with excellent communication in English both oral and written.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
QUALIFICATION;
Any B.Com/ BA/BBA/Bsc except BE/MBA/MCA
CTC: Maximum 4L per annum based on your current/Previous CTC
JOB Description:
Ø Excellent communication
Ø International customer service experience – Inbound calls / Outbound calls / e-mail support
Ø Should be open for US shifts
Ø Preferably immediate joiners.Exceptional cases notice not more than 30days can be considered
