Job Description
- Aimed to be responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales targets & taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to Passengers;
- To sale travel products and tour packages in regard with Passengers leisure & holidays and sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism;
- Self-Initiate to motivate the team for reaching their targets and to ensure company profitability by meeting regularly with Sales team and the operational team to give them sales figures
- And liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.
- To Deal with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations; overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business by handing Tour Operations & to ensure good feedback of the Guest
- Able to communicate with sales consultants and providing encouragement, help and advice in dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
- To meet company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local & international issues and future trends;
- Required Ample Diverse Knowledge of International Destinations for flight ticket bookings & selling Holidays vacation packages /Knowledge of making Itinerary.
- Preparation of travel related documents like ticket, vouchers, etc., Taking Care Sales of B2C& Providing end to end services on Flight booking and ancillary services
- Should have good Presenting, Convincing & analytical skills with good logic sense of convincing nature
- All Agents will be trained into travel domain, flight boards, aviation, arrivals, departures & Outbound International sales on travel packages/Customer Service/Air-ticketing/Data Analyzing to process the Data
- To work for nights shifts US/UK (5pm to 7am IST depending on shift timings). Central work location in Hyderabad.
