Sales Support Specialist
Telligent is looking for qualified Sales Support Executives to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be goal-oriented be able to and interpret sales metrics. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales transactions. So if you got bags of charisma, the gift of the gab and could sell ice to the Eskimos, then a career in sales with Telligent is calling you!.
In this role you will:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a productor services.
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
What were looking for:
- 6 months of experience or more in a sales role preferably from a
- BPO/ITES industry
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently..
- Outstanding negotiation skills with a focus to resolve issues and address complaints.
