Job Description
Requirements for this role include:
- Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Analysing denied and unpaid medical insurance claims for quality resolution
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
- Willingness to work in scheduled shifts: Monday-Friday, 5:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST
- Over one year experience in the healthcare industry requiring knowledge of the medical billing process (including denial management) for Physician and Hospital groups
