Remuneration:

• Salary is not constraint for the right Candidate
• Freshers CTC starts from 1,30,000
• Experience CTC starts from 1,50,000
• Monthly Incentives are from 8000-30000
• Weekly incentives are from 1000 – 8000
• An Average International Sales Executive Gets Monthly Salary + Weekly Incentives +Monthly Incentives 

The US- Sales Officers responsibilities include managing the company's sales on an international platform for US/UK/Canada Markets.  He/she Interacts with the customer at a professional and friendly level in order to market the company’s products and services.  He/she plays a vital role in maintaining the financial gains of the company, builds good rapport, confidence and trust in the Services offered to our customers.

The following are Key Job Responsibilities:-

• Making the clients understand about the various products and services by explaining them in step by step process in simple English.
• Overlooking negative clients, turning them in positive prospects by giving them a wow experience in terms of customer service and converting them to loyal customers.
• Treating and greeting the clients very well and making them go through the purchasing methods and procedures.
• Submitting the reports, records, presentations and sales documents to the manager of the company
• Meets Monthly/weekly/daily Sales Targets.

Skills Required: -

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
• Assertive Selling Skills, identifying opportunities while conversing with the customers and recommending the right product/service to the customer.
• Natural Flair in Selling services to native English speakers
• Delighting Customers in every Interaction
• Going that extra mile to give a WOW experience to every client.
• Patience, Strong analytical, Problem Solving, Critical & Strategic thinking Skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Postgraduate/Graduate/Undergraduate/Freshers from arts and science (Non engineering Background)
• Applicant must have a broadband connection with desktop/laptop.
• Should know basic computer skills (Additional training will be provided)
• US/UK/Neutral Accent in English will be an added advantage. (Accent and Culture training will be provided)
• Should be Highly Self Motivated for Sales (Dale Carnegie proven Sales Training will be provided)
• Should be flexible for US/Rotational Shifts.
