Applications are inviting for the engagement as Interns on monthly contractual basis in News Services Division,All India Radio
Job Profile:Editing/compilation/reporting for News Bulletins with text and sound inputs like voice caste.
No of openings: 5
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognised university
- Degree or Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication/Radio and TV Journalism(with duration of at least one year from a recognised university/reputed institution.)
- Proficient in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of basic computer application;(familiarity with New Media & Social Media tools.)
Age: Upper age limit as on 1st January 2017 should be 25 years
Remuneration: An initial Monthly remuneration of Rs.20,000/- shall be payable to the interns on contractual basis.
Duration: 6 Months initially with further extension upto one year provided their performance is found satisfactory.
Process of Selection:
- Suitable candidates will be required to appear for a written examination of 80 marks
- Candidates securing 50% and above in the written examination will be called for an interview of 20 marks.
- Final merit list will be prepared by adding the marks of written test and interview.
