Job Description
Job Summary
- This position reports to the Director.
- Person would be required to execute processes for tracking inventory and create standard operating produces required for ISO certification.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description:
- Improve and execute processes for tracking ownedinventory
- Improve and execute processes for tracking third party inventory offered to Abhi Marine
- Record complete technical details and photographs ofinventory
- Prepare inventory related reports
- Own the flow of material throughout the organization
- Assist in workshop activities related to receipt, overhauling and packing of materials
- Assist in preparing responses to inquiries
- Coordinate with workshop manager, office executives and directors, as owner of inventory list
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills required:
- Business level written and spoken English is required
- MS Office
- Attention to detail combined with excellent analytic skills, result-driven & self-motivated attitude.
- Positive mindset with strong willingness to learn.
- Candidate from mechanical background preferred, or atleast having a mechanical tilt of mind
- Knowledge of parts of diesel engines is expected
- Knowledge of Machinery of Ship’s engine room will be great
