Job Description
An Investigation Specialist (voice processing) is responsible for collecting data, lead generation, audience generation and conducting surveys on businesses located in UAE region.
This role involves extensive outbound voice calls to UAE, web research, primary and secondary research using web search and other sources.
Also responsible for preparation of business information reports on clients based in UAE through investigation carried out through outbound calling, web search and other sources.
