Job Description

We are a mid-market Private Equity firm investing in India for about 15 years.

With $700M in assets under management, we are unique among PE firms to take majority/controlling stakes, often outright buyouts.

We get actively involved in building our portfolio companies, i.e., are more like 'owner-operators'. Investment areas are in the 'Consumption sector', constructed broadly, i.e., consumer products and services, technology enables businesses, healthcare, education, financial services and light engineering.

We invest in asset-light domains (no real-estate or infrastructure) and back first-generation entrepreneurs.

We are filling multiple positions and we are looking for people with 1-6 years of experience post-MBA / CA.
We are a non-hierarchical, scrappy entrepreneurial team. Work will include working closely with portfolio companies, value creation in portfolio companies, strategic inputs, execution to budgets, M&A, value harvesting etc.

We are looking for :- MBA Graduates from IIMs, ISB or other premier institutions or CA- Person with an entrepreneurial approach to work with enthusiasm to implement fund strategy- Person with a lot of energy and drive to make things happen even in the face of ambiguity.
