Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Part of the global Invoice Smash team.
- Review and process Invoice inflow quickly.
- Extract data from Invoice into the Invoice Smash application.
- Automate extraction pattern of invoice information to improve payment processing time for clients.
- Respond and resolve client queries.
- Assist internal teams in extracting invoice information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent degree.
- Expert computer user with excellent mouse, keyboard, browser skills.
- Strong written and spoken business English competency.
- Logical thinking: good at solving logic puzzles.
- Good pattern recognition skills. Particularly label and data recognition of text in invoices.
- Diligent and committed to produce high quality of work.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Software training experience.
- Familiarity and experience with Accounts Payable processes and documents.
- Competency in European languages other than English would be advantageous.
