Job Title / Designation: IP Assistant
Job Description: Assisting in all IP related work including Patents, Trademarks, Designs & Copyrights.
Key and Main Responsibilities:
- Participating in performing the daily correspondences.
- Helping in the process of issuing, reviewing and following-up invoices.
- Participating in pre-filing formalities including patents and trademarks offers, according to the given standards and procedures.
- Registering the client's trademarks according to their request.
- Follow-up process and sending reminders.
- Sending alerts to the clients and answering their queries.
- Helping in preparing IP manuals for the company.
- Co-ordinating with external lawyers for company’s work.
- Database management- Docu/Ware, WIPS or any other internal database.
- Performing other duties assigned by director supervisor.

Technical and Other competencies.
- Good knowledge of (WIPS, DocuWare and other computer software’s)
- Knowledge of all IP laws.
- Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures.

- Adhering to the dress code.
- Protect the time and space where possible.
- Ensure strict confidentiality with respect to all IP related work.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Fresh Graduate
Salary: Between 3-3.5 Lacs p.a.
Location(s) of Job: Delhi
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate (Law, Business Administration, any scientific field)
