IRL Microbiologist EQA (RNTCP)

Qualification : i)MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD in Microbiology. S/He must have valid registration from the Odisha Medical Council. OR (ii)Ph.D in Medical Microbiology from a recognised University or Institution. OR (iii) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology from a recognised University or Institution. Preference:-Preference will be given to candidates having the qualifications, as per the order mentioned above i.e.-first preference for (i), then for (ii) and next (iii). Besides, candidate having post qualification experience in the related field shall be preferred

DR TB Coordinator (RNTCP)

Qualification : MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with valid registration from the Odisha Medical Council. Preference:-Candidates having Diploma or MD in Public Health or Community Health Administration (CHA) or Tuberculosis and chest diseases and having experience in PMDT will be given preference.
Salary : Rs. 44,000

National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) was introduced in India in 2005, by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Government of India, with a view to realizing the outcomes related to health envisioned in the Millennium Development Goals and other national level health related policies. It has integrated the existing major national level health projects and programmes namely the Reproductive and Child Health II project, (RCH II), Universal Immunization Programme (UIP), the National Disease Control Programmes (NDCP) and AYUSH systems of Health (Ayurvedic, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy). Thus, it mainly aims to reduce Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR), Total Fertility Rate (TFR) and disease burden due to communicable and non-communicable diseases through community-friendly approach with special attention to women & children.
