Purpose of the Job:
- Implementation of PM activities on Equipments, Monitoring and maintenance of Dark fibers,
- Implementation of network improvement plans. DG servicing, Battery deep discharge test and AC filter clean and maintenance at own Site Automation and extension of infra alarms to NOC Coordination during the regular PM activity and coordination during fiber cuts and equipment failures.
- Preventive maintenance on the fiber routes, Monitoring, coordinating, taking pro active precautions for expansion of roads, drainages, unscheduled digging on the OFC route. etc
Key Deliverables:
- Understanding & Implementation of Wireline telecom network integration(NI) plans – SDH/NPT/EPT/DWDM/Express/Collector Network/Etc. all technologies Equipments of all OEMs.
- Co-Ordination for Infra Requirements with Tower Companies – SR/SP/SO/RFAI/Signoff and database management
- Co-Ordination for NI with OEMs/Partners and ensure deliveries as per project plan – InC/NI/Stability/SNCP/Etc all Acceptance tests/Signoff as applicable and database management.
- Adhere NI Execution Process with 100% Compliance.
- Co-ordination with NOC/Ops teams and lead to Node Integrations.
- Get trouble shooting done through NOC/OEM/NMTs for integrating the Network element, in case required.
- End to End Co-ordination & maintaining status/trends/signoffs/Etc. databases as applicable and raise project alerts, if any.
- Publish DPRs & Reports from time to time as per MIS requirements.
- Material Tracking, Data management & Reconciliation/Sign off/Capitalization of CWIP.
- Meeting the set out SLAs/TATs for each milestone of NI Process.
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
- The candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering with an experience of minimum of 2-5 Years Fiber O & M.
- Educational Level: B.Tech/B.E
- Working Experience : 2 to 5 years
