Qualification:
- Any Graduate with 70% throughout in academics from 2015 - 2016 Pass out Batch
Responsibilities:
- Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem solving ability.
- Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer's point of view. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer's requirement and map it to product feature.
- Confident in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
Looking for candidates who have :
- Passion about coordinating or communicating around. ( Maybe through calls, emails, chats, In person, It might be any thing of these).
- Excellent English ( both in written & Verbal).
